The benefits of Nike Mind technology in a comfortable, go-anywhere sneaker? Yeah, we did that. Plush and responsive foam cushions your every step while large outsole nodes push against your foot, engaging sensory areas of the brain to help you stay present and connect with your surroundings. Because when it’s anyone’s game, winning is all in the mind.

Activate Your Senses

Developed in Nike’s Mind Science Department, 22 nodes move up and down against your foot in a way that is scientifically shown to activate sensory areas of the brain.

Prep in Comfort

Soft foam in the midsole provides robust, comfortable cushioning. The knit upper features engineered perforations for breathability. Stretchy fabric on the footbed gives the nodes room to move while still feeling soft against your foot.

More Benefits

  • Rubber pods near the toe and heel help provide durable traction.
  • Knit tongue feels soft and features perforations for breathability.

Definitely do not wear outside in cold, ice, or snow, sole is VERY thin. Otherwise it’s a nice shoe, feels a bit narrow, but not uncomfortably so.“Bubbles” are fun to walk on!

Love these and they actually help me stay focused and complete all my task each day! They are comfortable and feel great. My only complaint is they are noises and squeaky! The mind 002 seems to feel better than the mule mind 001 not sure why!

  5. SoccerMom920 (verified owner)

    Comfiest sneaks ever!!

  6. JodiD24875 (verified owner)

It’s distracting at its best. Think of the squeaky cart being pushed throughout the store, only it’s your shoe. I’m surprised it has not been mentioned in the reviews. After experiencing it for myself, I went searching to see if I received a defective pair. The answer was no. This is a common issue. Nike has a great idea but it needs to be revamped.

These shoes are GAME CHANGER for my anxiety. They have helped me feel grounded and more present in the moment when I wear them. And they are very comfortable. They are now my go-to shoe!

How To Measure Foot Length

  1. Tape a piece of paper to a hard flat surface, ensuring the paper doesn’t slip.
  2. Stand on the paper, feet shoulder width apart and weight evenly balanced (only one foot will be on the paper).
  3. With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, have a friend or partner assist you by marking the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.
  4. Once the marks are recorded, step off the paper and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the distance between the two points. This measurement represents the length of the foot.
  5. Repeat the process with the other foot. Please note that it is common for one foot to be slightly different length than the other.
  6. Apply the longer of the two measurements to our size chart to find the right correlating size for the recorded foot length. If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
